The Basics

Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people.

No profanity or personal attacks.

No spam. Don't post the same thing multiple times.

Stay on topic. This is a running shoe community.
Posts & Reviews

Be honest. Don't post reviews of shoes you haven't run in.

No fake or paid reviews.

When submitting a shoe release, include a source link.

Don't create duplicate release posts — add info to an existing one instead.
Points & Leaderboard

Don't game the points system. Farming points results in a permanent ban.

Points are audited. Suspicious activity will be investigated.
Commercial

No unsolicited promotion of brands, products, or other sites.

Affiliate links from non-staff members are not allowed.
Consequences
Breaking these rules results in post removal, points deduction, or a ban depending on severity. Repeated violations result in a permanent ban.
